Job Overview
Fully integrated into our Monaco Comptoir, you will support the sales team in their tasks, helping to manage customer flow and provide the highest quality of service to our clients.
Key responsibilities
The Wrapper is required to accompany the Sales Associates in their act of sale, in order to streamline traffic and lighten the tasks of the sales team by:
Packaging all products with all the know-how of Goyard:
- Transmission of the Goyard package to the customer or to the Sales Associates.
- Bag management: the wrapper ensures that there is always sufficient packaging stock in the packaging area and is responsible for maintaining the space tidy.
The Wrapper may also be required to replace the Runners or Hosts during breaks or absences (holidays...).
Well-being of the customer: proposal of glass of water for example...
Required qualifications and skills
Profil :
You have at least some initial experience in the luxury sector and a strong interest in customer relations. Meticulous, versatile, organized, and responsive, you adapt quickly to your environment.
Discretion, exemplary behavior, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
