Job Overview
The Marquage Associate supports the daily administrative and operational functions of the Marquage workshop at the Rodeo Drive Workshop. The role ensures the efficient flow of merchandise between clients, boutiques, and the workshop while maintaining accurate tracking, organized workflows, and timely updates. The Marquage Associate also supports quality checks, shipments, stock and order maintenance, client goods, stencil creation, and special projects in accordance with Goyard standards and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Support workshop organization, including batch assignments and quality checks.
- Liaise with boutiques and clients regarding Marquage status and follow-up.
- Receive shipments and support inbound and outbound packaging.
- Maintain accurate stock, queue, order, and shipment information.
- Create FedEx labels and maintain Marquage order trackers and documentation.
- Prepare reports for management as requested.
- Support alignment across U.S. Marquage workshops in accordance with Global HQ standards.
- Create stencils and assist with Marquage events, email management, and special projects.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Goyard products, heritage, and brand standards.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and guidance from senior Marquage personnel.
Required qualifications and skills
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar position; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Comfortable with stencil creation and hands-on workshop support.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Flexible work schedule and commute.
Compensation Data
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rare of $25.00 plus the opportunity to participate on a benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions.
