Job Overview

Goyard is looking for a Stock Controller for its Monaco boutique on a fixed-term contract. 

Key responsibilities

In compliance with Goyard policies and procedures, the Stock Controller assumes daily operations to guarantee accuracy of the stock and supports the sales team to deliver a smooth customer journey.

Logistics and handling :

-Receive, check and store daily deliveries

-Ensure a logical and efficient organization of the different storage spaces

-Ensure the physical and computer processing of receipts, shipments and transfers

-Prepare and participate in inventories and research of discrepancies

Sales support :

-Manage bag buffer stock

-Restock the references available on the sales area

-Participate in tidying up sales and packaging areas

Required qualifications and skills

We are looking for a Stock Controller with at least 2 years of experience in the retail industry, ideally within a luxury environment. This profile must demonstrate a strong understanding of customer relationship standards and a proven ability to maintain the highest level of service.

You are versatile, rigorous, and highly organized, with a keen sense of discretion and a natural aptitude for oral communication. Your strong interpersonal skills and sense of service allow you to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment.

Fluent in computer tools and comfortable with stock management systems, you are detail-oriented and able to work with precision. Knowledge of CBR Retail would be considered a plus.
