Job Overview
In strict compliance with Maison Goyard's policies and procedures, the stock controller provides daily operational support to the sales team in order to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Key responsibilities
Logistics & Handling :
-Receive, check and store deliveries
-Ensure a logical and efficient organisation of the various storage areas
-Handle the physical and IT processing of receipts, shipments and transfers
-Prepare and participate in cycle counts and year-end inventories, and investigate discrepancies
-Complete after-sales service (SAV) forms in the internal software, where applicable
Sales Support :
-Manage the buffer stock of packaging materials and its replenishment
-Restock references available in the proximity storage areas
-Participate in the organisation of sales floor and packaging areas
-Provide support to the sales team by carrying out rotations between the stockroom and the sales floor as needed
Required qualifications and skills
You have initial experience in stock management and are comfortable with IT tools. Versatile, organised and detail-oriented, you adapt quickly to your environment.
