Job Overview
We are seeking a sophisticated, brand-aligned, and results-driven Sales Associate to join our boutique team. In this role, you will be the face of Masion Goyard, delivering an ultra-personalized, world-class shopping experience to our discerning clientele. You will focus not just on individual transactions, but on cultivating long-term client relationships (clienteling) to drive loyalty and business growth.
Key responsibilities
Bespoke Client Experience
Welcome and engage every visitor with the highest level of hospitality, poise, and professionalism. Anticipate client needs and deliver an tailored, consultative styling or shopping experience.
Relationship Management
Proactively build, maintain, and leverage a personal client book. Follow up on purchases, share new collections, and invite top-tier clients to private styling appointments or exclusive brand events.
Brand & Product Expertise
Act as a true storyteller. Maintain a deep, expert-level knowledge of our brand heritage, craftsmanship, materials, and current collections to convey value and justify luxury price points.
Sales Execution
Consistently meet or exceed individual and boutique monthly sales KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and cross-selling targets.
Visual & Operational Excellence
Maintain immaculate store standards according to our visual merchandising guidelines. Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and seamless back-of-house operations.
Required qualifications and skills
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese
Location & Mobility: Must be willing to relocate to or currently reside in Taiwan, with valid legal authorization to work in the region.
