Job Overview
Reporting to the Boutique Director, the Sales Associate will represent Goyard’s values of exclusivity, respect, discretion, and excellence while providing personalized service and supporting daily boutique operations.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales goals and KPIs while supporting boutique objectives.
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience.
- Develop strong knowledge of Goyard products, heritage, and craftsmanship.
- Support daily boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain the highest standards of visual presentation and client service.
- Assist with stockroom organization, shipments, and inventory activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client books.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
Required qualifications and skills
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Professional presentation and grooming.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for an 8-hour shift.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation Data
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rare of $21.00 plus the opportunity to participate on a comprehensive commission structure, benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions.
