Relationship Management
Proactively build, maintain, and leverage a personal client book. Follow up on purchases, share new collections, and invite top-tier clients to private styling appointments or exclusive brand events.
Brand & Product Expertise
Act as a true storyteller. Maintain a deep, expert-level knowledge of our brand heritage, craftsmanship, materials, and current collections to convey value and justify luxury price points.
Sales Execution
Consistently meet or exceed individual and boutique monthly sales KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and cross-selling targets.
