The Maison is looking for Sales Associate on Fixed-Term Contracts for its Parisian counters.

Key responsibilities

Within one of our counters, committed and dedicated to the Maison's reputation, you will deliver a high-quality advisory and sales service to our clientele.

In compliance with our procedures and standards, more specifically:

-You welcome our clients and guide them in discovering our brand and products, identifying their needs in order to offer them the most suitable selection.

-You contribute to showcasing the Maison's expertise: engravings, special orders, etc.

-You ensure the proper upkeep of the counter and stock.

In doing so, you share the values of Goyard with our clients and are able to highlight the full range of our crafts (trunk-maker, leather goods maker, luggage specialist) and our products.

You guarantee a high-quality service and foster loyalty among both local and international clientele

Required qualifications and skills

You have a proven track record in sales and advisory roles with a demanding clientele. Your ability to guide clients through the discovery of the Maison, advise them effectively, and close sales efficiently will enable you to succeed in the missions entrusted to you. Fluency in both English and French is essential. You demonstrate exemplary interpersonal skills and speak English fluently. Proficiency in a third language is a plus.

Fixed-term contract starting from June through September.
