The Maison is seeking a Sales Associate M/F for its Monaco counter on a Fixed-Term Contract.

As part of your duties, you will share Goyard’s values with a demanding clientele and highlight the full range of our expertise (trunk-making, leather goods, luggage) and our products.

More specifically, and in accordance with the Maison’s procedures:

-You welcome our clients and guide them in discovering our brand and products, identifying their needs in order to offer the most suitable selection. You finalize the sale by providing high‑quality packaging and processing the payment.

-You contribute to showcasing the Maison’s craftsmanship: personalization, special orders, etc.

-You participate in customer service management and handle after‑sales service requests.

-You ensure the proper upkeep of the counter and stock.

In doing so, you guarantee a high‑quality service and help build loyalty among both local and international clients.

You have proven experience in sales and advising a demanding clientele.
Your ability to guide clients in discovering the Maison, to provide them with the best possible advice, and to efficiently conclude sales will enable you to succeed in the missions entrusted to you.
You demonstrate exemplary interpersonal skills and speak fluent English. Proficiency in a third language is an asset.
Versatile, organized, and rigorous, you adapt quickly to your environment.
