Job Overview
The Maison is looking for a Sales Advisor (M/F) for its Biarritz counter, on a fixed-term contract or as an intern.
Key responsibilities
Within our Biarritz counter, as a committed ambassador dedicated to promoting the Maison’s prestige, you provide high‑quality advisory and sales services to our clientele.
In accordance with our procedures and standards, you will:
-Welcome clients and guide them in discovering our brand and products, identifying their needs in order to offer the most suitable selection.
-Contribute to showcasing the Maison’s craftsmanship, including personalisation services, special orders, and more.
-Ensure the proper maintenance of the counter and the management of stock.
You will embody and share Goyard’s values with our clients, highlighting the full spectrum of our expertise trunk‑making, leather goods, and travel accessories as well as our collections.
You guarantee a high level of service and contribute to building loyalty among both local and international clientele.
Required qualifications and skills
You have prior experience in sales and in advising a demanding clientele. Your ability to guide clients in discovering the Maison, to provide them with the most suitable recommendations, and to conclude sales efficiently will be key to succeeding in the missions entrusted to you. Fluency in both English and French is essential.
Fixed‑term contract and/or internship available from June to September.
