Job Overview
Reporting to the Boutique Director, the Boutique Portier serves as the first and last point of contact for clients entering and leaving the boutique. The Portier is responsible for providing a warm, attentive, and discreet welcome while maintaining the security, organization, and presentation of the boutique entrance.

Key responsibilities
Client Experience
- Welcome and acknowledge all arriving clients with warmth and courtesy.
- Open the door for arriving and departing clients and assist clients waiting in queue.
- Bid farewell to clients and thank them for visiting the boutique.
- Communicate with clients using polished, professional language and exemplary etiquette.
- Assist individuals with disabilities and escort clients to their private vehicles when appropriate.
- Provide accurate information regarding boutique services, hours, and the surrounding neighborhood.
- Maintain a composed, welcoming, and discreet presence at all times.
Boutique Operations
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the boutique entrance.
- Support the security and overall integrity of the boutique.
- Manage and direct deliveries, packages, and visitors.
- Maintain knowledge of boutique hours and daily activities.
- Complete shift checklists and report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions.
- Follow all company policies and procedures and attend meetings or trainings as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a client-facing environment preferred.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Ability to remain composed, discreet, and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide exceptional service to a diverse and international clientele.

Compensation Data
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate of $24.00 the opportunity to participate on a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions.
