Job Overview

We are looking for a Supply and Distribution Manager for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.

The Supply and Distribution Manager oversees the sourcing of finished goods for the Maison and their distribution across markets. This role ensures product availability at points of sale to support commercial and budgetary ambitions, while optimizing stock levels. The position supervises Supply Planning, Inventory Management and Distribution activities. In a context of significant transformation of distribution processes and the logistics master plan, this role is a key pillar within the Maison’s supply chain organization.

Key responsibilities

Upstream Planning Supervision : 
- Manage the Supply Planning team
- Lead and coordinate the monthly Master Production Plan (PDP) process with the Maison’s exclusive supplier, including production prioritization and arbitration based on central stock policy and product priorities
- Identify and implement continuous improvement plans with the supplier
- Monitor supplier orders and inbound flows in alignment with the Master Production Plan
- Oversee and coordinate launch plans for re‑editions (“newness”), including capacity ramp‑up and stock policy, and liaise with the supplier and the Product Division, ensuring communication with regional teams
- Lead the S&OP process (PAC – artisanal and commercial plan), co‑building capacity trajectories with the supplier based on commercial scenarios, stock policy and product offering

Stock Policy and International Distribution Supervision :
- Manage two planners/distributors (Europe, Asia, Americas) responsible for:
• Weekly control of distribution plans to countries/points of sale
• End‑to‑end stock management
• Monitoring stock and availability KPIs and implementing corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to the stock policy
- Coordinate and lead cross‑functional interactions with regional merchandising and logistics teams
- Support the transformation of distribution processes and the logistics model, contributing to structuring projects (deployment of monitoring tools, APS evolution)

Required qualifications and skills

We are seeking a candidate with a Master’s degree in engineering (Bac+5) and at least three years of experience in a similar role, along with a minimum of ten years of experience in Supply Chain. Fluency in English is essential.
A strong command of Excel and a solid interest in Information Systems are required, ideally with prior experience working with an ERP. The role requires the ability to implement processes, manage operational topics and operate effectively in a demanding environment.
We value proactivity, the ability to manage urgency, strong prioritization skills and versatility. Listening skills, customer service orientation, strategic perspective, rigor and agility are also essential. Experience working in multicultural environments is indispensable.
The role involves regular interactions in France and internationally with headquarters teams, boutiques, clients, service providers and suppliers. Responsibilities also include managing the international distribution team.
