Job Overview
Within the Group Management Control Department, you will report directly to the Margin & Inventory Controller, whom you will support in daily activities. As part of the implementation of a new tool, you will assist the controller during the testing and/or user acceptance phases.
Key responsibilities
Inventory:
-Monitor weekly inventory movements across boutiques and warehouses; analyze discrepancies and related justifications; verify access rights to stock adjustment modules
-Contribute to the implementation of the Power BI “Inventory & Pricing” reporting
-Correct anomalous stock values
-Prepare monthly inventory and depreciation reports for the Management Control Department and support related analyses
Margins:
-Assist in preparing margin analyses during monthly closings
Pricing:
-Support the preparation of the Group pricing review
-Participate in the calculation of Group Transfer Prices
-Regularly integrate pricing and transfer price updates into the systems
Required qualifications and skills
We are looking for a Master’s student (Master 2 or final year of business or engineering school – Bac +5) specializing in Finance, Management Control, or Audit.
A first experience in Management Control through a previous internship, apprenticeship, or academic project would be a strong asset.
The ideal candidate has an excellent command of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros) as well as reporting and data analysis tools, particularly Power BI. Strong numerical and financial analysis skills are essential.
We are also seeking someone rigorous, discreet, and detail‑oriented. Analytical and synthesis abilities, intellectual curiosity, eagerness to learn, autonomy, and proactivity are key qualities for success in this internship.
Finally, a good command of English, both written and spoken, would be highly appreciated
