Job Overview
Under the supervision of the Accounting Manager, you will work on the headquarters' entities and participate in the following missions:
Key responsibilities
Accounts Payable:
• Support operational teams in entering expense commitments via the Coupa tool, ensuring proper analytical allocation of orders.
• Assist in the integration of invoices received via the OCR digitization tool, participating in the control of quality,
reliability, and completeness of processed data.
• Participate in matching invoices with commitments previously validated by operational teams.
• Contribute to the optimization of invoicing processes, in coordination with suppliers and internal contacts.
• Participate in clearing supplier accounts, contributing to the reliability and accuracy of accounts payable.
• Assist in coordinating bimonthly payment campaigns.
Accounting Closings & Audits:
• Participate in controlling the reliability, completeness, and compliance of the headquarters' entities' accounts,
in collaboration with the external accounting firm and internal teams.
• Assist in controlling bank reconciliations prepared by the accounting firm, participate in analyzing discrepancies
(direct debits, transfers, checks), and contribute to clearing suspense accounts and aged balances.
• Participate in annual audits of the relevant entities' accounts, in coordination with statutory auditors.
Internal Control:
• Participate in compliance with supplier creation procedures and bank details update procedures, ensuring
that necessary verifications are properly performed.
Required qualifications and skills
We are looking for a student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Accounting, Finance,
Management, or equivalent (Bachelor's, Master's, DCG, DSCG, business school) for a 6-month internship, available as soon as possible.
Prior experience in accounting, gained through a previous internship, work-study program, or academic project,
would be a valued asset for this position.
