Job Overview
We are looking for an intern to support Internal Control and Compliance in its missions across an international scope, starting in January 2026 for a duration of six months. You will be involved in the formalization, implementation, and monitoring of operational and functional processes to ensure the effective management of the Company’s risks.
Key responsibilities
Support in the implementation and management of the internal control framework within Maison Goyard.
To achieve this:
- Design: Contribute to the establishment of the internal control framework and support its deployment throughout the Maison.
- Support: Assist teams in drafting internal procedures and monitoring their implementation.
- Evaluate and Monitor: Contribute to process audits and compliance reviews of operational procedures (retail: store openings and closings, cash management, inventory management…) and functional procedures (finance, procurement, HR, IT…). Assist in documenting findings and recommendations, and follow up on the implementation of action plans.
Compliance :
Provide support in the implementation of compliance projects with applicable regulations (e.g., Sapin II, anti-money laundering, etc.). In parallel, conduct and manage regulatory monitoring activities (e.g., attending webinars organized by compliance professionals, monitoring publications from regulatory authorities) and draft summary notes.
Required qualifications and skills
You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Business School, Engineering School, or University) and looking for a six-month internship. Ideally, you already have previous internship experience in audit or internal control. You possess the following strengths:
- Strong rigor and organizational skills,
- Analytical and critical thinking, with solid synthesis abilities,
- Strong writing skills and a genuine interest in drafting documents,
- Initiative and adaptability,
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit,
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken),
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel,
- High sense of discretion and confidentiality.
