Within an IT Department of 50 employees (including 3 based in Asia), the Information Security Manager structures and implements the company’s overall cybersecurity strategy. This includes, among other responsibilities, cyber protection, risk detection and remediation, training and awareness, as well as the implementation and assessment of business continuity and disaster recovery mechanisms.

More specifically, the Information Security Manager’s role includes identifying risks and defining the protection strategy, updating the Information Security Policy, implementing and monitoring security measures (both technical and human), raising awareness among teams, ensuring technological, legal and risk-related monitoring, coordinating internal teams and external partners on cybersecurity initiatives, and providing operational and project reporting within the scope.

Profile

You hold a Master’s degree from a university or engineering school (Bac +4/5) and have 8 to 10 years of experience in IT, including at least three years as an Information Security Manager  or in a similar role. You have an excellent understanding of cybersecurity environments and strong command of key technologies such as firewalls, EDR solutions, authentication servers, penetration testing, and business continuity mechanisms. Your knowledge of IT architectures and programming interfaces enables you to quickly grasp diverse technical contexts, while your strong writing skills and ability to simplify complex topics support clear communication with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in an international environment is essential, and familiarity with the retail sector is a plus. Fluency in English is mandatory.
