Job Overview
Within a team of 26 employees (including 3 based in Asia), you will be dedicated to user support in office and counter settings for the company’s IT equipment. You will ensure incident resolution and optimize tool performance. You will take preventive measures to ensure stable and secure IT applications and infrastructure to avoid potential service interruptions.
Key responsibilities
Your main tasks will include:
-Resolving incidents in Boutique and Office environments,
-Supporting users on business applications (Cegid Y2, ...),
-Supporting users on IT equipment (cash registers, PDAs, multifunction printers, Zebra printers...),
-Providing technical support on projects (deployment of new tools),
-Participation in counter openings: technical, network, etc.
-User account administration (Exchange, Active Directory, O365, Intunes, etc.),
-Management of equipment and supplier renewals,
-Writing guides and training users.
Travel to different sites expected (about two weeks per quarter).
Required qualifications and skills
With a background in IT, you have at least 4 years of experience, ideally in the retail sector or in a distribution network environment :
-You have a good command of Windows environments
-Ideally, you have knowledge of an MDM solution
-You have a solid foundation in networking (TCP/IP)
-Knowledge of CBR Retail or Cegid would be a plus
-You speak English fluently.
