Attached to the Studies and Development Department, the Finance Project Manager oversees finance-related projects within the company’s Information System. The role also includes coordinating the application maintenance for the assigned scope, covering both dedicated financial applications (such as ERP finance modules or treasury management solutions) and financial functionalities embedded in more commercial systems.
With solid experience in implementing accounting and financial solutions in an international environment, you will contribute to the in‑depth redesign of the company’s systems.
More specifically, the Finance Project Manager is responsible for:
- Analyzing business needs and proposing appropriate solutions
- Preparing functional specifications and detailed requirements
- Supporting technical teams during technical specification and development phases
- Participating in testing phases, including integration tests and user acceptance testing
- Overseeing go‑live activities and providing the associated hypercare support
- Contributing to solution selection processes, including RFPs
- Structuring projects and managing their implementation
- Leading internal and external teams
- Writing user documentation
- Supporting change management and training end users
- Analyzing, monitoring, and resolving incidents and enhancement requests
Profile:
We are seeking a candidate with a Bac+4/5 degree and at least seven years of experience as an IT Finance Project Manager. Fluency in English is essential.
We are looking for a profile with strong experience in IT Finance project management, capable of operating in an international and demanding environment. Excellent analytical, synthesis, and writing skills are required, along with strong negotiation abilities. Knowledge of the retail sector—ideally luxury—is mandatory.
Proven experience in implementing an accounting and financial ERP, as well as solid understanding of IT application flows, is expected. The role also requires the ability to anticipate and resolve technical issues while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
