Job Overview
Maison Goyard is looking for a 6‑month HRIS Assistant Intern.
Key responsibilities
Within the HR team at Maison Goyard’s headquarters, the HRIS Assistant Intern will support the daily management of the Group’s HRIS, SuccessFactors.
User Support :
-Respond to daily user requests (Management, HR, employees)
-Analyze issues and contribute to their resolution
-Provide training to internal stakeholders on the platform
-Prepare monthly communications
Administration :
-Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security
-Contribute to system management and configuration
-Participate in the creation of dashboards for various users
Improvements & Developments
-Support the deployment of the OnBoarding module in Asia
-Contribute to the launch of 2026 projects (automation, interfaces, etc.)
Required qualifications and skills
You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Human Resources, Information Systems, or Digital Transformation, and you are eager to join a dynamic team and contribute to HR projects with a strong digital focus.
You have solid Excel skills and a strong interest in digital tools. Knowledge of an HRIS (SuccessFactors, Workday, Talentsoft, or equivalent) is appreciated and will help you become quickly operational.
You demonstrate rigor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities while meeting deadlines. Your written and verbal communication is clear and professional, and you are comfortable interacting with various stakeholders.
You place great importance on confidentiality when handling HR data.
A good level of English is required to work in an international environment.
