Job Overview

Under the responsibility of the International Retail Operations Director, the Global Retail Operations Coordinator contributes to the development of guidelines and procedures that ensure the proper execution of operations worldwide, in line with the Maison’s standards of Excellence and Service. He/she will also be responsible for consolidating information from the regions, monitoring and challenging local operations, as well as proposing corrective actions and tools. The role involves close collaboration with regional operations managers and with various head office departments such as IT, Logistics, Production, Internal Control, etc.

Key responsibilities

Stock Management :

- Operations organization: Define guidelines and ensure their proper implementation.

- Inventory process and planning: Guarantee adherence to procedures, consolidate needs and schedules.

- Deliveries and receptions management: Audit local country protocols to ensure the safety of products and employees.

Cash and Cash Handling :

- Cash and deposit procedures: Define rules, perform ad-hoc audits.

- Deposits: Conduct monthly follow-ups and discuss corrective actions with regional teams.

- POS system: Support the deployment of updates.

- Petty cash: Review and harmonize petty cash rules.

Other Operations :

- Uniforms: Validate suppliers and monitor orders.

- Operational visits: Develop a checklist for Operations Managers.

- Counter openings: Review the counter opening process.

Required qualifications and skills

You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) and have at least 6 years of experience in the retail sector, ideally in roles related to operations. You have a solid understanding of IT environments, particularly the Cegid system. You possess an excellent grasp of retail strategic challenges, as well as strong knowledge of specific operational procedures such as inventory management, cash handling, and security protocols.

You are capable of designing and implementing effective procedures and tools, and you are comfortable managing projects with an international scope.

You are fully proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and demonstrate rigor, organization, and attention to detail in your work. Proactive, service-oriented, and a true team player, you thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment.

Experience working in multicultural settings is essential for this role. Fluency in English is mandatory.
