Job Overview

Responsible for overall store operations – to create an environment where sales associates can focus on customer service in order to maximize sales. In-Store Operations Associate must actively work with efficiency and productivity to enhance customer’s brand experience in the boutique.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide full range support to the store operations, for ensuring efficiency and fast replenishment of merchandise on the shop floor and shortening the waiting time of the clients.
  • Organize the product in the stock room in accordance with company’s guidelines
  • Follow daily placement of items for sales, in line with articles available in stock
  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
  • Ensure store maintenance is in compliance with safety regulations and security procedures, and the display of products are presented in accordance with specifications.
  • Monitor the supply management for package order, stationery, staff uniform, and store maintenance.
  • Support the store management in the execution of the administrative and back-office store duties.

Required qualifications and skills

  • Energetic, fast-paced, self-motivated, positive and can-do attitude
  • 2 years experience in luxury retail, with handbag or leather goods background will be advantage
  • Good team player with good interpersonal skill; strong in selling and customer service
