Job Overview
Reporting to the Boutique Director, the Goyard Painter is responsible for creating exceptional hand-painted personalization and decorative designs on Goyard products. The role requires strong artistic ability, precision, and attention to detail, while consistently respecting Goyard’s standards of craftsmanship, quality, presentation, and product integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Review personalization orders and prepare all necessary materials, including paints and stencils.
- Hand-paint client-selected designs on Goyard products with precision and consistency.
- Perform freehand touch-ups and quality checks throughout the painting process.
- Create custom digital artwork using Procreate, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Participate in personalization events and work directly with clients when required.
- Maintain a production level of at least 25 personalized units per week while meeting quality standards.
- Clean and maintain painting tools, equipment, and the workshop.
- Respond to workshop emails and support daily workshop operations.
- Follow all safety, security, confidentiality, dress code, and presentation requirements.
Required qualifications and skills
- Strong drawing and painting skills with a steady hand and exceptional attention to detail.
- Prior experience painting on coated canvas or leather is required.
- Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, and stencil printers.
- Ability to follow strict artistic and technical guidelines.
- Strong organization, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation Data
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate of $22.00 plus the opportunity to participate on a comprehensive production bonus structure and benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions.
