The role of the Host / Hostess is to deliver the best welcome possible to Goyard’s clients and deliver a first level of service.

Key responsibilities

As such, the main responsibilities are:

- Warmly welcome each client upon their arrival in the boutique, in compliance with the standards of Goyard,

- Kindly ask the reason for their visit in order to direct them to the right person or direct them to an appropriate area,

- Guarantee a pleasant wait with the tools made available (water…)

- Identify our VIC in order to be proactive in offering additional services (links with hotels or restaurants, etc.),

- Ensure the smooth running of client’s meetings by being in constant communication with sales advisors,

- Be in charge of planning and coordinating all customer appointments,

- Lead a conversation, tell the story of the Goyard as well as the specificities of the boutique (history, style, works, etc.) to arouse the client's curiosity,

- Be responsible for the image of Goyard and ensure that the boutique is well maintained.

Required qualifications and skills

You possess an exceptional sense of service and impeccable presentation, and you adapt quickly to your environment.
Discretion, exemplary interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and fluency in English are essential for this role.
